Working inside a session with Otto™

How are my matters organized?

This is your Matters Detail Page.

To navigate to older sessions, click on the “Show” button next to “Past Sessions” to show all sessions within the matter.

Your Matter now has two major areas of organization: Your case workspace (highlighted below in BLUE) and your knowledge sidebar (highlighted below in GREEN).

Your case workspace is where you draft documents, run Otto™ skills, and analyze your case. Your knowledge sidebar is where you inspect, reference, and organize your case information. Case information consists of files and other types of data like contacts, notes, and details for customer with an active CMS integration.

Where can I find my case information?

Your case information is always accessible to you through the knowledge sidebar on the left-hand side of your matter details page or session.

How do I start a new session?

You can start a new session in two ways from your matter details page:

1. By simply sending a chat message to Otto™
2. By clicking on one of Otto™’s skills

Once you start a new session you can kick off a fresh one by clicking on the “New Session” button in your knowledge sidebar.
