BHAI does scrape PCT documents that are posted by the USPTO to the outgoing correspondence. If they are not posted to the outgoing correspondence (usually the US is not the RO) then the customer must email those items into their docketing inbox. BHAI does not receive any communications directly from the PCT. Some communications do get scraped from the USPTO (via our daily scrape) for PCT matters in which the United States is the receiving office. However, the only communications we receive in this way will only consist of those that are visible in the outgoing correspondence. Those we do not receive include but are not limited to:
