The Docketing Received page is a way for you to have complete oversight on the status of your docketing.
By default, this page will display all docketing correspondence that was received in the past week. To edit the range, click the dates at the top of the page. You can also utilize the Search Bar to search for a specific document. Within the search bar you can search by application number, docket number, country code, and title.
Next to the Status, Country, and Source headers you can filter down the data in order to show exactly what you're looking for.
Each document will have associated status(es) based on where the item is in the docketing process:
Received: we have received the correspondence, whether that be from scraping at the USPTO or via your foreign docketing inbox.
Docketed: The item has been successfully added to your docketing software.
Verified: This typically happens the day after an item was docketed. This means it has successfully gone through our verification software.
Clicking the show button underneath Additional Details will display the specific data that was pulled from the document and is dependent on your docketing instructions. This is also going to be the data that was uploaded into your system.
You can download any and all correspondence by clicking the blue file icon within the Doc column.
