How to Add a New User to Your Firm

 1.    Click on the user icon in the top right, thenclick “Manage Firm Users” Note: Only the firm admin will see this. The firm admin is the person who originally signed up via the sign up page.

2.    You will then see the list of all users on the firm, including yourself. To add a new user, click “Add foreign agent” in the top right.

3.    You can then type the email address of the new user in the field. Then fill out the remaining information.

4.    Then click “Create New User” and it will create that user. You can then send that user their login credentials.

5.    It is recommended that you have them reset their password via this link: BHIP Pipeline Portal.
